We have come up with this service as we understand that some companies only need to call us now and again and this option offers maximum flexibility, whilst still having the comfort of knowing we are here when you need us. This option is simply billed monthly in arrears. In pay as you go HR we offer you dedicated HR who will be working for your multiple and diverse hiring.

Our Terms

In this service there will be multiple hiring from the clients end Hence,90 days replacement policy would not be applicable here.

How do we charge?

We charge a lump sum amount which has to be paid monthly and in arrears, which varies depending up on client’s requirement.
